Rules The contest is open to all Cartoonists Theme: Section A) FREE (Man wants to laugh); Section B) HEALTH (Doctors, hospitals,healthcare ...) Entries: max. 5 cartoons. Size: A) Min. 21 x Max. 42 cm; B) Min. 30 x Max. 60 cm Deadline: 13-January- 2003 Prizes: First Prize - "Golden Hat" + 3.700 €; Second Prize - "Silver Hat" + 1.800 €; Third Prize - "Bronze Hat" + 1.200 € Opening and prize distribution: June 7, 2003 Exhibition: June 8 - August 31, 2003 Each selected artist will receive a copy of the exhibition catalogue The works - except the awarded works - will be returned. The Organization will have the option to retain one work of every author selected. The works must be original, not exhibited before in Belgium and accompanied by author's entry-form, biography and insured value.
