ITIMUSEUM MUSEO ITINERANTE DE ARTE CONTEMPORÁNEO DEL ITIMUSEUM MUSEO ITINERANTE DE ARTE CONTEMPORÁNEO DEL MERCOSUR 2002 Dear Sirs: With our best regards we send you this short news item about the new Mercosur Itinerant Contemporary Art Museum, created by the Volpe Stessens Foundation on September 21th of 200. Its objectives are: 1. To promote all activity related to the Mercosur artistic creation, in its different expressions, as well as its projection and divulgation. 2. To carry out expositions of its own collection in public or private universities, schools, hospitals, companies and public organizations. 3. To divulge through the edition of a bimestrial bulletin, the museum activities and expositions including interviews to artists and writers, literary texts and illustrations expressly made for the magazine by Mercosur artists. 4. To invite the artists in the categories of painting, engraving, drawing, mixed techniques, photography, digital art, graphic humor, decorative art and tapestry, to contribute to ITIMUSEUM a work of their own, on free subject, without frame in the size of 0,40 m x 0,30 m. 5. ITIMUSEUM undertakes to notify and send to the donor the catalogues, invitations and newspaper clippings of the cultural places where its work will be exhibited. 6. To organize cultural tourism trips, with participation in art fairs, congresses, or notable artistic events on Mercosur. 7. To cooperate with National and International associations of similar interests. The reception of the art works and the itinerant expositions planning are made in Av.
