The Year of Ram: Art Exchange Exhibition 2003

For the purpose of better understanding cultures through art media, Keiser College Sarasota Campus (Library/Graphics Designs Department) and FreeCartoonsWeb (based in Jiangsu, China), associated also with WittyWorld.com (based in Philadelphia, US) and the Southern Metropolitan Daily (Guangzhou, China) are organizing "The Year of Ram: Art Exchange Exhibition 2003". This is a pure cultural and art exchange event, we welcome Chinese cartoonists and illustrators to attend this event.
Keiser College (KC) has headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale since 1977 and now has eight campuses throughout the state of Florida. Keiser College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award the Bachelor's Degree and the Associate's Degree. At its Sarasota campus, Keiser College offers the Associate of Science Degree with majors in Computer Network Administration, Computer Programming, Computer Graphics and Design, Fire Science, Medical Assisting, Paramedic Science, and Radiological Technology. The Sarasota campus also offers the Associate of Arts Degree with majors in Accounting, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Health Services Administration, and Paralegal Studies. Over the years, students enrolled in the Computer Graphics and Design program at Keiser College in Sarasota have won numerous competitions for their computer artwork.

Rules for art submissions:
1. Exhibition Theme: The Year of Ram (2003 in the Chinese lunar calendar).
2. Deadline: December 31, 2002.
3. Size of the work: 30cm X 40cm; 21cm X 30cm.
Art works should be sent via air mail (see the mailing address below) and also be sent by email to ram@fcwfcw.com) for the purposes of viewing and printing.
4. Limitation of the submissions and creational methods/media: Unlimited.
Along with the art work, authors must submit the filled submission form (attached) and may also with one good-wish to the New Year.
5. Unless enclosed with returning postage by the senders, all works will not return and will be of the collection of Keiser College (Library).
Certifications will be sent to the art creator after the work is accepted for exhibit, and also a copy of selected collection of the exhibition or CD. Exhibition will be held on Sarasota campus and may be shown in tour exhibitions on other campuses of KC or in other local institutes/organizations.
If any art work would be selected for teaching or commercial purposes in future, the artist will be notified and accommodated with certain monetary award.
Leadership of KC will attend the joint exchange exhibition; FreeCartoonsWeb (fcwfcw.com) and the Southern Metropolitan Daily will make follow-up reports on the event and present works exhibited.
